ISO certification: Acapela Group announces a milestone achievement in becoming ISO 9001:2000 certified

Acapela Group, a key player in the innovative and advanced market of speech solutions, is proud to announce that it has gained ISO 9001:2000 certification.

This international standard recognizes and validates Acapela’s dedication to customer satisfaction, which has always been central to the company’s philosophy and way of working.

ISO 9001 is accepted worldwide as the international standard that endorses a company’s internal Quality Management, confirms its products and services satisfy customers’ quality requirements.

Acapela Group has been awarded ISO 9001:2000 certification for the company’s development of software, production of linguistic resources, and related support and consulting services.

In order to perfect its Quality Management system and achieve certification Acapela Group underwent a stringent evaluation process. This included a pre-audit assessment, a review of documentation, and clearance of non-conformances.

Acapela Group received its ISO 9001:2000 certificate of registration on February 25, 2008.
